Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

Email gvence03@gmail.com your name and order number. After your eligibilty is determinded, we will email you a return label. You can print out your return label and adhere it to your return package. Once we receive your return package in the mail, we will process the return. You will receive an email confirmation, after your package has been processed, with a promotion code you can use to redeem your Gvence store credit!
